Delivery Information
We are sorry but we can only deliver to the UK currently. We are working on arranging delivery worldwide so please keep an eye on the website for updates.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel an order until the point at which the order is dispatched and you will receive a full refund of your money up until this time. Please note that orders are often dispatched within a few hours of ordering so the period of time to cancel an order may be quite short. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, however, you may return unwanted items using our returns process. Postage for return of items will be at your own expense. When we receive the items back, we will inspect them to ensure that the items are still intact, and a refund will only be provided once it has been confirmed that the items remain intact. A refund will not be issued for items returned damaged.
Returns & Refunds
We pride ourselves in providing you with high quality items but we realise that there are times when you may want to speak to us about returning items for a refund or exchange. Please contact us by telephone on +44 7752 653005 or by email at faberdasheree@gmail.com to discuss returning items, before you send anything. This includes returning any items you receive from us which prove to be faulty. In this rare instance, we will arrange to cover the cost of returning the faulty goods.
Should you decide to return any items which are not faulty, for refund or exchange, please ensure you return them to us within 30 days. We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the items, providing the items are unused (i.e. uncut, not sewn) and in a saleable condition. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the items to us.
Please note that patterns (knitting etc) are non-refundable.
