About Faberdasheree

We began our adventure back in 2014 when our eldest daughter was just a few months old. I could never seem to find exactly the right soft toy, blanket, hats, gloves, coats, jumpers or dresses for her.

As I was raised on a farm in Estonia where we often made things ourselves, and with that in mind I decided I would try making them myself. Family and friends loved the fabrics I was using and the things I was creating, so much so that I kept getting asked to make more and more things for them. As time went by, I started getting requests from friends of friends and it led me to selling my creations.

I set up Handmade Baby Bear followed by Fabrics and Crafts on Etsy and Facebook shortly afterwards. In the years since, I have been able to help hundreds of people create things and it also led to my involvement with some wonderful charities. I recently made the decision to bring the two businesses together into one and launch it as Faberdasheree - the heart of something beautiful.
